Objectifs pédagogiques

This course aims to prepare student to take on the different roles that a manager may have in a project: have a project carried out (client's project manager), design and implement the solution (director's project manager), be a member of a project team (contributor) or, more generally, be involved in a project (other stakeholder). Provide auditors with sufficient knowledge, methods and practical training to be operational in each of these roles.
Specify and develop the critical skills for effective design reviews, including how to assure that a common view is shared of and within the project. Specify and develop the critical skills required in directing projects, including how to assure project compliance. Specify and develop the critical skills to define effective communication for project direction.
Situate the project within the organization's strategy.
Sponsor a project (the project owner).
Define, organize and lead a project (the project manager).
Work with contributors (internal, external), subcontractors.
