This course provides managers practical knowledge to allow them to plan projects and to control project execution. It provides also a learning experience in order to make students accept and retain the principal ideas and the philosophy behind.
It is also an illustration of the project in its internal environment, describing the Project Management Life Cycle in terms of human resources management and process's organization.
